RETURN

  • Submit your specific return reasons in the email to raise a refund request.
  • Return Request will be handled in the email RugShowService@gmail.com.
  • Returns of products purchased on RugShow.co.uk must be made within 30 days of delivering the order in the original condition and packaging. If the packaging is no longer available following delivery, please ensure that the parcel is adequately repackaged in a way that secures its contents from being damaged while it is making its journey back to our warehouse. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days after the return request approval.
  • The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the return parcel is received and checked.
  •  Please provide the return logistics number after returning the goods so that we can recognise the status of the goods and check them in time.
  • If your refund is not returned to your account within 30 days, you can contact us by email RugShowService@gmail.com. and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible

    EXCHANGES

    • To begin your exchange, submit the specific item information you want to exchange in the email.
    • Return Request will be handled in the email RugShowService@gmail.com.
    • Exchanges of products purchased on RugShow.co.uk must be made within 30 days of placing the order. We require that all exchanged items be in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days after exchange request approval.
    • The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the return parcel is received and checked.
    • Customers need to bear all the exchange shipping fees.

     

    CANCEL

    • Order within 12hrs can be cancelled freely.
    • A handling fee would be charged for orders within 12-48hrs, whose amount is 15% of the order amount.
    • Orders over 48 hours cannot be cancelled.
    • Submit your specific cancel reasons in the email to raise a cancel request.
    • Cancel Request will be handled in the email RugShowService@gmail.com.
    • The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the cancel request is approved.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    • If the product is not damaged or mis-sent, customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping, however, we do not charge return handling fees.
    • Please DO NOT make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service centre.
    • To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags, attached.
    • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
    • The discount order or used Items can not be returned or exchanged.
    • Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
    • RugShow.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
    • Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to (i) the original shipping fee charged from the refund, and also (ii) a handling fee, whose amount is 15% of the order amount.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • Returns and exchanges for all international orders will be treated the same as domestic orders with the exception that we cannot provide ca prepaid Smart Label for the return shipping or (ii) a free shipping code for any replacement orders.
