HOW TO START A RETURN

1.Email your request to RugShowService@gmail.com with your reason for return.

2.Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.

3.Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.

4.Once the package is received your return will be completed.

Note: Please DO NOT make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.Items should not be used nor washed and the label should be attached.

3.Items marked as SALE and all for sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.If a buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise.
